Anger is one of the many Emotions that were first introduced in Animal Crossing (GCN) and then later appeared in Animal Crossing: Wild World and Animal Crossing: City Folk, which in these later installments could then be used by both the Player and CPUs through Dr. Shrunk(ACWW) and both Dr. Shrunk/Master Frillard(ACCF).
When the Anger Emotion is activated, the user's face turns bright red for an instant, and three medium-sized puffs of smoke come out of their head. While doing this, the user also lunges forward slightly and makes an unhappy face. There is another Emotion much similar to this one in appearance known as Outrage.

Here's Dr. Shrunk's act from his stand-up routine entitled "Anger":
Thanks you! Thank you! And thanks to that special someone out there! I think you KNOW who you are! Dr. Shrunk is in the house!
Have I ever got a serious case of the angries today! Just before the show, I was hurrying into the Marquee when I was broadsided...by blue-haired ladies! They crowded around me with their cameras! And wouldn't let me pass! I'm thinking, I do NOT have time for this! I can't satisfy EVERY fan out there! But I just couldn't say no, so I said, OK, OK, OK. The blue-haired ladies lit up with glee! But, then! They gave me their cameras and made me take pictures of THEM!
The doctor is OUT!!
