Disappointment is one of the many Emotions that were first introduced in Animal Crossing (GCN) and then later appeared in Animal Crossing: Wild World and Animal Crossing: City Folk, which in these later installments could then be used by both the Player and CPUs through Dr. Shrunk(ACWW) and both Dr. Shrunk/Master Frillard(ACCF).
When the Disappointment Emotion is activated, the user lowers their head as they let out a long sigh, with a saddened expression on their face. While this is done, a puff of white air comes out of the user's mouth in true "anime" style!

Here's Dr. Shrunk's act from his stand-up routine entitled "Disappointment":
Thanks you! Thank you! And THANK YOU! Dr. Shrunk is in the house!
So, I once got some advice from a respected man of the theater. He said..."Shrunk! You'll never be a hit in a million years if you MUMBLE all the time!". And I've always belted out my gags ever since! Not that it helps.
The doctor is OUT.
