Flossie is a Peppy Mouse Islander who made her first and only current appearances in both Animal Forest e+[JPN] and Animal Crossing (GCN)[NA].

Flossie is one of few Islanders to get along with nearly everyone she meets, native or not. This is due in part to her overly-energetic personality which in turn drives an oddly positive outlook at the same time. This natural charm that follows her "can-do" attitude almost naturally attracts any Jock residents in the vicinity.

Flossie is a bright-orange coloured mouse with a large, blue flower stuck snugly beside her right ear. She wears a very happy yet absent-mindedly childlike expression on her face.
