Jeremiah (Japanese name: クワトロ, Kuwatoro) is a Lazy Frog villager who has appeared in the first Animal Crossing, Animal Crossing: Wild World, and Animal Crossing: City Folk. He's even appeared as a villager in Animal Forest e+.
In tune with his Lazy persona, Jeremiah loves nothing more than the art of both eating and sleeping(and repeating said process on a regular basis). He resents any form of forced or intentional physical activity that doesn't involve chewing or rolling to the other side of the bed, thus he tends to ignore Jock villagers at any chance given to him. The obsessive nature of Snooty villagers and their appearances rubs Jeremiah the wrong way as well, since Lazy villagers such as themselves could care less about how they present themselves in public.
Jeremiah is a blue-coloured frog with a large, dark blue spot on top of his right eye and a smaller dark blue spot on the lower-left side of his face. He has black, flat, horizontally-positioned pupils which make it appear as though he always has his eyes closed even when they're wide open. He always has a wide, wavy grin on his face that can almost never be broken.
 Name Meaning
The name "Jeremiah" refers to the opening lyrics of "Joy to the World" by Three Dog Night:
Jeremiah was a bullfrog
Was a good friend of mine
I never understood a single word he said
But I helped him drink his wine
