Totakeke "K.K." Slider is a dog who has appeared in three Animal Crossing Games, Animal Crossing, Animal Crossing: Wild World and Animal Crossing: City Folk. He is a nomadic singer and his role in the game is to provide you with musical shows at The Roost.

Animal Crossing

In this version of the game, K.K. Slider will come visit you every Saturday fr8:00pm until 1:00am. He will be near the train station sitting on an orange crate with his guitar in hand. When you talk to him, he will say that he's in the mood to play a song and will randomly choose a song to perform. After he performs his song, K.K. Slider will give you a bootleg so you can take it home to listen to. You only get one song every Saturday.

Animal Crossing: Wild World

This time K.K. Slider has found a place to perform - at The Roost. He will come every Saturday at 7:30pm, but he will not start playing until the clock strikes 8:00pm. He will leave at midnight (12:00am on the dot). You must talk to him and he might be willing to play for you. He'll tell you to sit down on any of the chairs in The Roost and after you do that, the game will pan in on K.K. Slider and show him gently strumming his guitar. After the performance, he'll give you a bootleg to take home and listen to. You can only listen and receive one song every Saturday.

Animal Crossing: City Folk

K.K. Slider has decided to stay at The Roost. He still comes on Saturday nights from 8:00pm from 12:00am. As usual, talk to him and take a seat to get the performance from K.K. Slider. He will play a random song and give you the bootleg as a present. However, after you talk to him you will find that he will do encores. You can ask him to play a song your request by typing it in, playing by how you feel, or you can ask for another random song from him and it will start to play. You do not get bootlegs for encores, only the first random song he plays is when you get a bootleg.

Personality

K.K. Slider is a bit of a hippy. He likes taking things easy and will often call you a "cool cat". Whenever you talk to him and ask him to play for you, he will tell you that it's no worry, he's got all day to play with no places to go. This shows that he is very laid back and relaxed. He takes whatever comes when it comes and doesn't worry about it.

Appearance

K.K. Slider is an all white dog. He has big black eyebrows, along with black eyes and a black snout as well. Other than that, all K.K. Slider ever has with him is his trusty guitar. He is very simple, relating to his personality.
