Winnie (Japanese name: マキバスター, Makibasuta) is a Peppy Horse Villager who made her earliest appearances in Animal Forest e+[JPN]/Animal Crossing (GCN)[NA], making her second appearance much later in Animal Crossing: City Folk.
Winnie is a very positive entity who rarely ever loses her upbeat attitude, given the circumstances. She attracts friends like a magnet and will stick to the Player like glue upon fist meeting(just make sure to talk to her on a daily basis in order to keep her in your Town, lest she'll feel ignored and offended). Winnie mainly partakes in the hobbies of Fishing and Bug-Catching given the fact that she finds a majority of her catches "cute" and inevitably keeps them as pets. Despite being a very cheery soul, this Villager is also rather sensitive at heart, taking passable occurences such as insults rather rough. Winnie holds great ambitions of herself(that she modestly reveals to others on occasion), such as becoming the next big media star, although she's not sure exactly what she wants to excel at yet.
Winnie is a greyish-brown horse with a small patch of dark brown hair on top of her head and a curious yellow star in the middle of her forehead. She has small blue ears and large, innocent-looking eyes with one eyelash on each. She has black hooves and a Cow Shirt that, while it contradicts her species, fits her bodily colour scheme well.
 Name Meaning
"Winnie" is sometimes the abstract term used to describe the sound that real-life horses commonly make.
