[edit] How to Catch
The Yellow Butterfly can be found flying around anywhere in your town, mostly around flowers and near rivers. This butterfly is very common and you will often see two or three of them flying in a group. To catch a Yellow Butterfly, just equip your net and locate the butterfly. The butterfly will not disappear if you get too close, but it will go in the opposite direction that you are going to try and trick you. Just aim carefully and swing your net.

The Yellow Butterfly is known as the Everest Clouded Yellow Butterfly in real life. It is most commonly found in India. It comes from the Pieridae family of butterflies. These butterfly's wings are tipped with black while the rest is yellow. This butterfly is very common, just as it is in the game.
