Irritation is one of the many Emotions that were first introduced in Animal Crossing (GCN) and then later appeared in Animal Crossing: Wild World and Animal Crossing: City Folk, which in these later installments could then be used by both the Player and CPUs through Dr. Shrunk(ACWW) and both Dr. Shrunk/Master Frillard(ACCF).
When the Irritation Emotion is activated, the user slightly tilts their head forward as a solid frown spreads across their face for a moment and then quickly disappears.

Here's Dr. Shrunk's act from his stand-up routine entitled "Irritation":
Thanks you! Thank you! And a HUGE shout-out to my number one fan out there! Dr. Shrunk is in the house!
Have I ever got a serious case of irritation today! Wanna know why? I just bought a fortune cookie. When I cracked it open, there was NO fortune! So I bought ANOTHER one. It didn't have a fortune either! I bought a THIRD cookie. I smashed it open. Guess what? There was a fortune inside! It said...'You will spend a fortune on cookies today.' Can you BELIEVE that?!
The doctor is OUT!
