I caught a Napoleonfish! Look at the hat on this guy!

[edit] Animal Crossing: New Leaf

"I caught a Napoleonfish! Viva la me!"

This is what the menu will say when you catch a Napoleonfish:

"The humps on the heads of these fish get bigger as they age."

[edit] Museum

If you donate this fish to the Museum, Blathers will say this:

[edit] Animal Crossing: City Folk

Hoo, my good gracious! What size! What majesty! What impact this fish has! When fully grown, the body of this fish can reach a length of over 80 inches, eh wot? The beady eyes and pouty mouth make it appear a bit dull witted...which I find rather charming!

[edit] Trivia

  • Of all the 8 new fish in Animal Crossing: City Folk the Napoleonfish sells for the most amount of bells.
  • Along with the Arapaima, Arowana, and Blue Marlin, the Napoleonfish is the second highest selling fish all selling for 10,000 bells, behind the Coelacanth, Dorado, Shark, and Stringfish who all sell for 15,000 bells.
