Spork (Japanese name: ポーク, Pork))is a Lazy Pig Villager who made his earliest appearances in Animal Forest e+[JPN]/Animal Crossing (GCN)[NA], followed by a much later reappearance in Animal Crossing: City Folk.
Spork is a very befriendable fellow with a noticably lax work ethic but a great loyalty to those he trusts. He could be what you'd call a hunger fiend, constantly thinking about and/or eating food(fitting for his species)and simply relaxing inbetween whenever the time is found for him or not. As one would expect, Spork is breaking his Lazy status quo and working his rear off in order to become pro in the art of Fishing in order to satiate his immense lust for great grub! While this development has been seen to catch the respectful eyes of some choice Jocks, Spork is still grudgingly looked down upon like most who share his laid-back attitude.
Spork is a muddy brown-coloured pig with a messy patch of super-dark brown hair on top of his head and small, turquoise ears. He has a very unique-looking set of beady, black eyes due to a long line that runs through them, either indicating a sloping forehead or a solid unibrow. He has a large, yellowish snout and a curled smile of equal size that's akin to Peppy Villagers.
 Name Meaning
"Spork" appears to be an altered form of the term "pork", the name given to the meat that belongs to the pig species.
