Tug-Of-War in the Sports Fair

The Sports Fair is an event that only happens in the games Animal Crossing, Animal Forest, Animal Forest+ and Animal Forest e+. The participating villagers wear white outfits, the female villager wear a white outfit with a pink stripe whereas the male villagers wear the white outfit with a blue stripe. The events happen around the Wishing Well on command by Tortimer, each event has it's own music.


[edit] When does it happen?

The Sports Fair happens twice a year, once in the Spring and once in the Summer. The dates of the fair are the 20th-21st of March and 23rd-24th of September.

[edit] Gymnastics

This is the first event of the day, starting at 9am and finishing at 10am. The participants must copy Copper's aerobic moves, this can be done by using the C stick to control actions.

[edit] Foot Race

This is the second event of the day, starting at 11am and ending at 12noon. The race contains 4 villagers and a fifth that starts the race. The participants must do laps around the Wishing Well 5 times, the player can also participate by holding down 'B' to run.

[edit] Ball Toss

This is the third event of the day, starting at 1pm and finishing at 2pm. There are two teams of villagers who will pass a ball over a net, the villagers will soon get confused and give up.

[edit] Tug-Of-War

This is the last event of the day, starting at 3pm and finishing at 4pm. The game will consist of two teams of two villagers tugging a rope until it passes the line. Another villager will wave a red flag for support.

The player receives a medal for their participation in the Sports Fair by Tortimer.
