Tammi (Japanese name: エイプリル, April) is a Peppy female Monkey villager who never made it to the first Animal Crossing, but was able to pick up the slack in Animal Crossing: Wild World and Animal Crossing: City Folk.
Tammi's natural friendliness and calm nature stems from her Peppy personality. She tends to get along with just about everyone minus any Lazy or Cranky villagers who may not take too kindly to her seemingly limitless energy and optimisim. This drive, however, clicks perfectly with the fitness-loving Jocks and level-minded Normal residents. She can unfortunately tend to be a little bit opinionated at times, but that is only due to her open mind, she doesn't intend to hurt anyone's feelings.
Tammi carries a few choice fluorescent colours about her body, from bright white to bright, BRIGHT yellow! The white makes the whole of her face while the rest makes up half of her striped tail(whereas the other portion is black). The yellow makes up the rest of her head, torso, arms, and legs. Her hands and feet are completely grey. She has a wide-eyed, energetic expression in her eyes, a small, black nose, medium-sized, pink ears, and a cheerful mouth curved into a permanent smile.
 Name Meaning
Given this resident's abundant energy, a fresh, youthful name such as Tammi appears to fit better than any other. Her Japanese name, April, is probably a reference to her birthday which, is on April 1st. That day is known as April fool's day, suiting her cheeky character very well.
